Mario a licensed builder and developer, has been involved in the construction and building industry for the past twenty years. He brings an unsurpassed understanding of development and construction, and has forged strong relationships throughout the development community.

His many years in the industry place’s 4D Development in an enviable position, it allows us to better understand and readily adapt to changes in the market place.

Lino Di Lione

Construction Manager

Lino a licensed builder and developer, has been involved in numerous development projects. He brings an in-depth understanding of the development application process, council by-laws and health and safety requirements. This has been formed from his many years working within the local council and has held a variety of positions.

He has established strong and beneficial relationships, and understands the requirements and processes for expediting project delivery.

Gerardo Tortoriello

General Manager

Gerry as he is better known has been involved in the building industry for the past 15 years.  He has spent the majority of his time running gangs of tradespersons and has an impeccable eye for detail. Within 4D Gerry has proven a vital asset in facilitating daily management and coordination of tradespersons among the various projects.
